What are your rates?

You can check our rates by clicking either Book Now or Reservations. They can change over time based on a number of factors, so checking at either of those links will provide you with the best and most accurate up-to-date information!

Where do I park?

Our monitored parking lot is located half a block away from the front office at the intersection of Prytania and Thalia Streets. There’s no charge for guest parking.

What time is breakfast?

Our complimentary breakfast is served in the dining room from 8:00 to 10:00 on every day. Coffee is available all day.

Which rooms are pet friendly?

All of our Cottage Rooms are pet friendly. We charge $15 for one furry friend, and $10 for each additional pet (e.g. $25 for two pets, $35 for three pets). If our Cottage Rooms aren’t available, please contact us directly and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you and your pet(s).

How far are you from the French Quarter?

The French Quarter is a safely walkable mile from the hotel. However, you can also take the St. Charles streetcar, which is only a block away.

Are there any good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel?

We’re close to a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and cafés! From upscale local dining experiences like Emeril’s, Peche, and Cochon, to fresh local favorites like Lula’s, Beggar’s Banquet, and The Green Fork — there’s something for every taste and budget within a few blocks of the hotel.

Can I check in before 3 p.m.?

Absolutely! Just let us know if you plan to arrive before 3 p.m., and we’ll do everything we can to make sure your room is ready for you to check in when you arrive. If we can’t have your room ready, we’re happy to store your luggage and let you park your car in our lot, so you can relax in our Banana Courtyard, enjoy a beverage in our breakfast room, or start exploring the city while we get your room ready.

Can I check in after 8 p.m.?

Definitely! If you plan to arrive after 8 p.m., please review your reservation confirmation email for details on our late-arrival procedure. If you have any questions on how to check in, please contact us before the night of your arrival, and we’ll do our best to make your late check-in process as smooth as possible!
