Where is Parking?

Our monitored parking lot is located half a block away from the front office at the intersection of Prytania and Thalia streets and is included with your rooms at no additional cost.

What Time is Breakfast?

Our complimentary, hot, cooked-to-order breakfast is served in the Dining Room from 7:30am-9:30am Monday - Friday and 8:30am-10:30am Saturday & Sunday.

Which Rooms Are Pet Friendly?

All of our Cottage Rooms are Pet Friendly. We charge $15 for one furry friend, plus an additional $10 per pet ($25 for two, $35 for three). If our Cottage Rooms are not available for your desired stay, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate you and your extended, four-legged family.

How Far Away is the French Quarter?

The French Quarter is located a safely walkable mile away from the hotel and can be easily accessed by the Streetcar, which is only a block away.

Are There Any Good Restaurants Within Walking Distance of the Hotel?

World famous St. Charles Avenue is just a block away, which not only means easy access to the Streetcar, but also a wide variety of restaurants in every price range! From Emeril’s Delmonico Steakhouse, to Lula’s Restaurant and Micro-Distillery, to Seed Vegan Restaurant— every appetite and budget can be satisfied within a few blocks of the hotel.

Can I Check-In Outside of the Regular Check-In Time of 3pm-8pm?

In a word, absolutely. If you plan to arrive before 3pm or after 8pm just let us know. If you’re arriving early we will do everything we can to make sure your room is ready for you to check-in when you arrive. However, if we can’t have it ready we will certainly be happy to hold onto any luggage you have and let you park your car, if you have one, in our lot; so you can start exploring the city while we get your room ready. If you are arriving late, just make sure you review the late arrival procedure outlined in the confirmation email you received from Creole Gardens when you placed your reservation. If you have any questions about the procedure, just make sure to contact us before the night of your arrival and we’ll see to it that you know what to do when you arrive!
